According to Statista, in 2015, 46% of adult Americans claim that winter is their favorite season. Many people that claim winter is their favorite season are looking forward to the holidays which features ugly Christmas sweaters and Christmas music, seasonal drinks (eggnog, mocha, etc.), seasonal outfits (scarves, beanies, etc.), and snow (in some places).
Christmas is a moment many people of all ages enjoy celebrating. There are many holidays songs playing on the radio to bring you into the jolly mood. Many traditional Christmas songs will be playing like, Frosty the Snowman and Rudolph the Rednosed Reindeer. There will be new pop versions of Christmas songs like All I Want for Christmas is You, Last Christmas, and Santa Tell Me. Many people celebrate holidays in the winter, such as Kwanzaa, Hanukkah, and Christmas. There may be many holidays that people celebrate in the winter, but Christmas is the most celebrated of them all. At the end, everyone gets presents and many people are happy during these moments.
A lot of people love being cozy and warm, especially when winter comes around. If you are this person, you should understand how you love being wrapped with warm blankets and seasonal drinks. This is the time when many people shop for their favorite sweaters (don’t forget the ugly sweaters too!), flannels, scarves, and beanies- basically anything that will keep them warm and comfortable.
There are also many seasonal drinks coming out just for winter. Eggnog, mocha, hot chocolate, and more will be on sale for the cold winter. These drinks are very special for winter holidays because most of them keep you warm.
There is also going to be snow in many states. Lots of people may go to the snow to have fun and play with the snow. But stay there when you can, because spring is right around the corner!
