1. It’s 9:oo pm, and you have to be in bed by 9:30 pm. You:
a. Listen to calming music for half an hour.
b. Binge-watch your favorite show for a hour
c. Do yoga and meditate for half an hour.
d. Read a book for half an hour.
2. You get an F on your report card. You:
a. Show it to your parents and act like it’s no big deal, but it actually is.
b. Rip it up in 100 pieces and then burn it.
c. Take a deep breath and then show your parents.
d. Hide it in your room while you think of what to do.
3. You are riding your bike when you fall off. You:
a. Get up and go home, smiling, but your knee is in pain.
b. Yell at the nearest person that they ran into you.
c. Try to ignore the pain by taking deep breaths.
d. Brush off your knee and walk your bike home.
4. You are in art class when the person next to you accidentally spills water on your painting that you worked so hard on. You:
a. Smile at the person and say; “It’s ok, that painting wasn’t even that good,” even though you
thought it was amazing.
b. Glare at the person, and then pour water on their painting.
c. Take a deep breath and clean up the mess.
d. Accept their apology and help them clean it up.
5. You forget to study for a test and you know you are going to fail. You:
a. Act like you are going to get a decent score but inside you know you won’t.
b. Fake a stomach ache to get out of taking the test.
c. Take a deep breath and tell yourself you can do it.
d. Get your pencil and POWER THROUGH IT!!!
Mostly a’s: Water- you are calm and relaxed, but sometimes you worry too much about what other people might think.
Mostly b’s: Fire- you are your own person, independent and strong, but sometimes you let your anger
Mostly c’s: Air- you are forgiving and nice, and always ready to take a deep breath to calm yourself
Mostly d’s: Earth- you are honest and kind, and always ready to lend a hand.
